Ningbo Casting, formerly known as the "Ninghai County Precision Casting Factory," was established in 1993 and originally located in Ninghai County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. In 2010, the factory relocated to Sihong Town, Suqian County, Jiangsu Province, and was renamed "Jiangsu Ningbo Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd." Ningbo Casting covers a total area of approximately 20,000 square meters and houses several energy-efficient and eco-friendly production lines for water-glass investment casting. These lines feature automated or semi-automated systems for core processes, including wax pattern making, shell building, casting, and post-processing. Additionally, the company possesses a comprehensive array of advanced testing equipment: spectrometers, metallographic microscopes, tensile testing machines, low-temperature impact testers, magnetic particle flaw detectors, and ultrasonic flaw detectors. This equipment enables us to supply clients with precision castings that meet the highest standards, satisfying their comprehensive requirements regarding material physicochemical properties, non-destructive flaw detection, and high-precision dimensional inspection.

We have successfully developed and manufactured precision castings using over 100 different material grades—spanning standard carbon steels and various alloy steel series—resulting in a product portfolio comprising over 5,000 distinct items.
